    Hello Doctors. Congratulations to all of us. I just wanted to clear one thing that........if The NPA is considered as a part of basic while calculating other allowances (Except DA). Because As per my knowledge this is what the health department is following! If this is correct then our starting pay Including NPA(with God's grace) would be above 45,000/-per month. Please find out something on this Issue......!!!
