In my opinion other professional details of all the vets posted as RVOs as Post Graduation, OCPA, merit cert/gold medals, special achievements as studies abroad etc or even higher education, M.B.A. Degrees etc should also be projected as a one time measure. This will help RVO association as well Punjab Govt to consolidate the databank as a ready reference. Also it will provide RVO asso and RD dept a fresh view of PG/Ph.D. Candidate as well their field of specialisation so that a case for PG allowance/postings as specialists/organising a hierarchy in the dept/cadre can be projected at the first available opportunity. Since peace is the timt to be prepared for the war, so next move sh be planned well in advance and whenever given a chance to project the cadre requirements and strengths, it should not be restricted to the things asked only but propose/project the maximum and relevant info. If not relevant then make it relevant with statements of case etc.
