why the salaries of the leading districts amritsar and tarn taran being delayed by the respective departments inspite of the strong efforts of district presidents?

why there has been demand of clarification regarding vp and class 4 salary deduction from regular rvo salaries.? why the district treasury offiicer is adamant in releasing the salaries of regular rvos of tarn taran distt.?

Friend i would like to say that not only tarantaran and amritsar but all other dist. Except ropar have same secenerio and all dist. Presidents r just beating the bush... So now it is clear that either ropar incident was fluke or difference of governing body so all should jointly think abt it that where is hurdle....anybody `s suggestion welcome

FC is at leave and will be re-joining office on 11th and all will be done after that. So there's not much point in running here n there now and wait for him.

Ropar distt. doctors got their salary coz they did worked hard to get it and they were lucky.

 

They got salary under salary code/PIN : 24 but others will get under "01" so thats a completely different scenario, and even they'll be gettting future salaries under "01".

There were no CPF deductions from their salary & RFA not added to their salary,

 

So we'd better wait in order to have all salary in order and complete.

 

ZPs previously received letters from Dir./Finance RD, that salaries be given to doctors but they didn't mentioned salary structure.

ZPs reverted back at them to give them guidelines to issue salary and they've still not got any reply as FC is on leave.

So, wait for him, and it'll be done.

 

And as a sidenote : Other distt.s will not follow Distt. Ropar's pattern, neither they'll issue salary based on distt. Ropar salary structure pattern. They'll wait for an official reply. (Standard protocol). Eg: you never start doing anything special like insurances etc if your friend from other distt. is doing,, you only do when you've given target by your distt. to you. similarly they'll not follow them and wait for official letter. (which even Ropar didn't receive depicting salary structure. ). The only reason they got even then was their unmatched effort and bravery of ZP officials.

Dont be disappointed Dr. Kamal. Nothing can stop u from getting ur salary as u r now regular employee and its very clear without any doubt. Regarding getting salary today or tomoro... its just impatience. For every employee first salary always take 2-4 months as the procedure normally takes this much time. We got regularised in Aug so its just one month.(Remember when u got ur first salary as contract employee)and by that means things r going very well atleast till now. Im following salary status in Amritsar and even went to Chd., its really time consuming procedure delayed further by holidays. And if software at Distt. Treasury office works properly, most probably we will also be getting our salary next week. So i think there is nothing like hurdle, its just the way clerical work is done here.

hope we shall get salary on monday.

it is a time consuming friend. each union of a district should go to chandigarh alongwith their accountant at sectriate so that he can do the necessary formalities and streamline the process of salary release. we also did this. the salary head needs to be changed to 001 before withdrawing the salary and cpf also needs to be deducted.

by all these efforts the salary has now reached to bank and shall be credited in accounts on monday as personally talked to the branch manager.

salary head needs to be changed and cpf needs to be deducted.

it is a time consuming process so some rvo as well as some rmos should go to chandigarh alongwith the accountant so that he can get the salary heade changed and follow the actual process of salary disbursal.

our tarn taran distt also did this and now the salary of fourmonths have gone to the bank for clearing and shakll b credited to the respactive accounts on monday after acs clearing opeartion

Regarding the same, RVO delegation from Amritsar and Tarn-taran today evening met Minister RD, at Amritsar to discuss the salary problem faced by doctors in some distt.s . Minister assured the delegation that a letter regarding the same will be sent to all ZP next week.

 

Be advised that all distt.s still need to visit secretariat chd. to make changes in their salary head. As thats not an issue with the dept. but the treasury.

i want to inform all my friends that we have to take letter from our adc or sec zp for authorising along with u r accountant .we have to go to first mini sec chd to budget officer he will change the head on u r salary bills .than go to main sectriate in finance dept there r few persons of tata company r sitting along with offiials of dept.pl take u r salary bills duly signed by u r adc . make different bills of each month . there r no cuttings of cpf as yet because we had to take our pran nos. calculate u r rfa on old basic i.e 8000+4000dp which will comes to 600.also fill ur cpf forms .get it signed from adc had dispatch nos from u r treasury and send it to main offce ot mohali they will send it to mumbai from where we get pran no.it is compulsury to bedone as earliest as we will lose interest on money to be given by govt. regards dr gagandeep dhillon tt

The doctors of Ropar didn't received any RFA. They were refused RFA by their ZP although it was supposed to be given @ old basic (until rectified)

Because it isn't yet rectified as per pay comission and will be according to new basic as and when rectified.

CPF as quoted many times earlier = "10% of (basic + DA)"

They've not got any CPF deductions for time being as PRAN has yet not been issued to us.
