regarding 1260 payment for maintainance

I want to ask by which channel 1260 rs would be given to rvo for water and electricity..weather they would be paid directly to rvo in his salary a/c or by other mean ..if by other then explain..also do we have to deposit bills for above to ZP to get reimbursement..

Rs 1260/CVH and Rs1000/CH will be given along with salary. There'll be no reimbursement of electricity bills by dept. as instead they're giving Rs 1260/CVH (not per RVO).

 

Didn't you already received with the salary recently received. ?? Everybody did received it !!

In sangrur distric we did not receive it yet...thats why i asked..

Dear doc in sangrur dist. We still have not received any amount for water + electricity + maintainance till date. Doctors are paying bills from their pockets...what is actul procedure to convince ADC (D)..to get that 1260 amount

Show that notification copy which clearly states the same.

If he disagrees to the same then you can write a letter to Dir RD, + Minister RD + Secy. RD stating/mentioning that there's a violation of a notification that was signed by Secy.
