completing one year of regular service

Well doc we are going to complete one year of regular service on 1 may 2012 ..i want to ask will we get annual increment this year..if yes ..how much..and when our probabation period is going to complete...

The standard annual increment is 3% increase in basic.

3% of basic band pay doc - 15600. Band :(15600-39100),,

This 15600 will reach 39100 someday by increments.

The Basic will increase by 3% and so will all the allowances that are calculated on basis of Basic.
