Salary Budget from April to June released

Salary Budget from April to June 2012 has been sent to all ZPs. Online upgradation will be done within 2 days by Vikas Bhawan.

 

And Please doctors DO NOT goto ZP to confirm from clerks/accountant.

They know their job and will do the same even without your going there.

We're all Class-A Gazetted officers and lets be it for the sake of dignity of our job.

 

We do periodically post latest Salary structures that we'd be receiving, so let salary come in your accounts and if there are any controversies, Again DO NOT goto ZP, just write/file a complaint against the Clerk/Accountant and we assure your distt. won't face any problem thereafter. And the clerks will stop delaying your salaries as they'd know that noone's gonna come to them or pay them to do their job. Its time to put an end to this nasty trend.

Doc wats this online upgradation every time the budget comes we face this type of problem , can u explain this

Thats because of the salary head. And this will remain as such till the salary head is changed. We're currently getting our salary from 'Grant in aid' planned budget, for regular salaries it has to be 'un-planned' budget.

Changing salary head is very very difficult but possible.

If we succeed to get our directorate then these things will become easy to tackle.

Doc. Please stop hearing. Our salary draft sent to bank by ZP, so probably today evening or tomrw we'll get the salary in our accounts.

n its already been mentioned that salary budget has been re;eased to distt. treasuries by vikas bhawan,, So be patient and everything is fine.

 

And we've not given a single Rupee to anyone in ZP or So.

Even our service books have been started by ZP. and for that also we gave nothing.

So, be patient, and if u dont get salary in time, please complain Dir. RD or MInister RD instead of going to ZP. The accountant/clerk in ZP is not roaming around with your salary in his pocket and won't give you by hand if you even do visit ZP.

Just wait,, its your money n you will get it sooner or later w.e.f same date as others.

And for the 'Dignity' of the RVOs, stop begging your salary. You will get it and so does all of RVOs.

You went to ZP, so did ADC handed your salary by hand to you ??

or did he said that he'll give only to those who come to ZP ??

 

And regarding the same the association is meeting the Dir. RD to issue the letter regarding the same.

Yes sir, Both.

1.) Letter notifying individual ZP that probation for regularized RVOs is over. (Its worth mentioning here that Probation of directly recruited RVOs is 2yrs and 1yr for those who got regularized from contract)

2.) Letter regarding Pay parity.

Whether probation period gets over this year or next, it should not effect the increment as it must be added to the salary of a regular employe every year unless there is some adverse remarks on his job tenure of that year and his increment is stripped off by a competent authority. Time and again, coming up of quotes in this column, linking things like opening of cpf accounts or increment to probation period or to the whimsical excuses of respective zila parishads is really disheartening. On one hand we call ourselves Class-I officers while on the other we buy their lame excuses. Both these things really do not sync with each other. And as Dr Vipin said it is their duty to hand over our salary complete wrt all allowances and increments. If they do not perform their duty then we should report them to higher authority.

And it will be much better if we do our homework well in advance before meeting officials regarding such issues so that in future no official can return us back like unaddressed envelope.

We come under Punjab Civil Services Rule for Group A officers and we must have thorough knowledge of these rules and if time comes we should let the authority also know the same.

the agony will not end unless we get to our parent deptt or we get salary from unplanned budget.
