Salary w.e.f 1st july 2012

As we know that as from 1st May there'll be 3% annual increment (on basic) applicable.

 

 

so new basic becomes 21630 (21000+630 (3% of 21000))

 

And hence all the rest of allowances that are calculated on basis of this will also change as follows.

 

+ 25% NPA = 5,407.5 [its added to Basic like grade pay but *conditions apply(only DA is calculated on basis of this added to basic. all other allowances are calculated on actual Basic pay)]

 

+ 58% DA = 15,681.75 (calculated as 58 % of Actual basic pay + NPA)

[ Please nothe that the new DA has not yet been announced in Punjab and whenever its announced, it'll be applicable from 1st Jan 2012 and we'll get arrears of the same but till then the old 58% is in effect]

 

+ 10% HRA = 2163

+ 6% RAA = 1297.8

+ Rs 500 (Med.A)

+ Rs 500 (Mobile Allowance)

+ 5% RFA = 1081.5 [ ZP yet not started giving this]

 

So total being 48261 (Incl. RFA)

 

Apart from above we will get Rs. 1260/CVH for electricity, water and maintainance.

 

Its also worth mentioning here that RMOs get all allowances calculated on Basic + NPA (as MOs get that way) and they get Rs 1000/CH for electricity, water n maintenance + Rs 1800/m as conveyance allowance. So above calculations are exclusively for RVOs.

And to mention, This 3% salary increment is not applicable to all those who joined last year in nov. or so. and will be applicable when you've completed 1 year of un-interrupted service.

 

"Annual increments shall be given on the 1st of July every year. Employees completing 6 months and above in the scale as July 1 will be eligible for increment.

 

The amount of increment will be 3% of of total pay in the pay band plus Grade Pay. This amount will be added to the current pay to get the new Pay of the employee."

We contacted vikas bhawan and they said no probation period is over , then contacted bhatinda rvo and they said its joke done by some rvo? Plz clarify this doc, if u have proof

The Word "Probation" just means "Observation Period" and nothing else, There r no changes in your exercising powers, duties and neither the financial changes as you're n you will get everything incl/ all increments etc. So why bother if there's a probation or not.

 

And its clearly mentioned in our service rules Page No. 551-552, Point 7.

That Probation is 2 years for directly appointed candidates, like ones that are appointed last year in Nov. or so and 1 year for others. (like us all rest that are regularized from contract)

And regarding Vikas Bhawan , we even contacted Dir. RD and he wasn't able to give any answer at all regarding the same. so these officials don't care about that at all, n i guess so shouldn't you.

 

With all explained above, Why are you/we making such a fuss about 'Probation' as its just a word n has no impact financially or otherwise if duty is done sincerely.
