BDPO strictly CAN NOT check RVOs or RMOs unless he has a signed authority letter by ADC(D)/CEO ZP mentioning him to do so. If someone allows him to check his CVH/CH, its his fault. Legally/technically he can't do. He was able to do when we were in contract but not now.

Can class 2 gazzeted officer BDPO check the class 1gazzeted officer RVO as we r? Both r working under same department.
