Hello,

 

This is a gentle reminder for all 2k3 batch Vets that their License is due renewal before 31st March 2013. All 2k3 Vets kindly send their :

1. duly signed and filled renewal form ,

2. draft of Rs 815 in favour of "Registrar, Punjab State Veterinary Council" Payable at Chandigarh.

3. 2 passport size photographs (attested on backside)

4. Attested copy of any additional qualification (if any, since last renewal/issued)

5. renewal certificate issued by the council (in original)
