boycott status

Recommended Posts

According to replies received on phone and poll here, the boycott was successful in some of the distt.'s but not in all as in some distt.s RVO's (some or all) submitted reports [we're not naming them here for morale reasons]. while in some distt's SVO's denied fees without reports and in same distt.'s other tehsil SVO accepted. so controversies arised within some distt.'s thus making this move as, "Not so smart move".

Vets unity also seemed to be lagging.

And this is how "we're not getting anything "

thanks for update dr. its not the issue that we r getting something or not. its about bringing uniformity among RVOs which normally lags. if boycott remained successful in some distts then it means boycott was feasible and more importantly it was the first step of next critical action ahead. it is necessary to analyse the situation by the state leaders.

other thing, i think, u shd name the distt, tehsil etc. where the movement failed so that friends and close ones can motivate them. state/ local leadership shd look into the reasons for report submission. if one SVO can accept why can't other...... SVO there shd be pressed on. weak links within the RVOs shd be brought forward and talked about their problems.

every movement faces some tough challanges during its course, its where good leaders comes to play and convert "Not so smart move" to "A smart move". after all next moves r surely going to be more and more tough. so keep the communication level up and BE UNITED.

Exactly doc, i totally agree with you.

All our association lacks is a proper communication and good leadership support as in our case our leader never bothered to confirm the boycott status in various distt.'s and nor any attempts were made on state level to communicate with unwilling SVO's.

Noone's motivating the union, and noone's backing up.

We could do better n will surely have to.

We totally agree with you Dr. we need to take hard steps but before that we need to take the most important step ie. bringing all vets together and making each and everyone ready to take the haedest steps that we may need to, including mass resignation if needed,.

We need each and every vet to participate and contribute to the moment of regularization.

participation of each vet can only be achieved by proper co-ordination at state level. also it can never be achieved by folded hands. force/ pressure of fellow rvo shd also be used curb the violators. may be now, may be in future when this will be achieved it will be through a strong team. now lets see when this strong team is constituted.
