After meeting with Dir. RD last week, a letter has been dispatched to all ZPs with following instructions. :
 

1. To maintain service books and report it to Dir. office.

2. Prepare seniority list within 15 days.

3. Ensure that all salaries will be given to doctors before 7th of each month.

 

All. Distt. Presidents are requested to follow it with ZPs to make sure its been implemented.

As per Punjab Civil Services Rules,

Following (in order) is the criteria : (If step 1 is same for 2 or more then proceed to step 2, n then to 3 n so on)

1.  Joining Date (Direct appointment , if promoted earlier then promotion date)

2.  Merit

3. Age

4. ACR/Achievements etc.
