yesterday punjab and harayan high court refused to grant PG quota to rmo on basis that this quota is exclusive for PCMS cadre..

This marks a black day in history of Punjab. Either the lawyer didn't presented the case as it should've been or the hon' judge overlooked the fact that both possess same basic qualification and do the same job. only difference is that one is in rural area.
