As per ongoing zone-wise meetings by Dr. Khinda, 14 distt.s have made it clear that they have same views with regard to future strategy. 14 distt.s across Punjab have declared boycott against AH and are demanding saparate directorate. few distt.s that are left are scheduled for meetings.
So far all (100%) distt.s where meetings have been held have same strong opinion.
 
At a glance :
1. Separate Directorate.
2. All ZP hospitals should be taken back from AH and RVOs to b posted there.
3. BDPO has no authorization to check RVOs and will not even be tolerated anymore.
4. Dr. Khinda has made it clear that no RVO across Punjab is alone and there'll be no more "Solve at Distt. Level'.  If anyone messes with any innocent RVO, he's messing with the whole PRVOA.
5. Boycott with AH (unless merged) or soon even AI & vaccine facility through ZP as well.
