We wish a very very happy b'day to our great and visionary leader/president Dr Khinda whose leadership and vision led us to regularization and now to being VO.
The man with cool head and great vision and has been in touch personally with each n every vet and never let anyone missed out., everytime heard and considered each and every suggestion from across the punjab., stood by principals in harshest of times and sailed our RVO family to AHD shores.

Happy B'day Dr. Khinda,, May God bless you the way you blessed the RVO cadre.
