State executive body emergency meeting was held at ludhiana and after discussion it was concluded that
1. The new promotion rules are as per CSR rules and same as PCMS.
2. DACP ie. 4-9-14 is protected and will remain as such.
3. RVOA is having close watch on whole matter and will not let anybody's interests b harmed
4. RVOA will b meeting RD officials to speed up transfer of record to AH, arrears, probation clearance.
