Proceedings of state Body meeting of PSVOA with RVOA held yesterday in which state executive bodies of both participated:

1. We're (RVOA) not against promotion rules (never were), but they need to be rectified to include the DACP (4-9-14) as its there in PCMS rules and Govt. should not have any problem in writing that in our rules as well especially when we're already getting it as of today.
2. All VO associations will be called on 21st Dec/after 15 days to participate and strategise for further action plan to make ammendments in current rules and make them at par with PCMS (which have both promotion and DACP/4-9-14 without conflict), proper NPA and service years eligibility for promotion etc
