Regarding a query on DACP (Dynamic Assured Career Progression) at years 4-9-14, dept. Animal Husbandry has made clear in letter to Dir. AH and all DDAHs that as per provisions of GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB,  DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE. (FINANCE PERSONNEL BRANCH – I ) vide letter 7/84/98-5PP.1/4426 dated 17/4/2000,  letter no. 7/60/2006-5PP.1/876 dated 20.12.2011 and letter No 7/14/2011-1 PP.1/117 dated 6/2/2014, the said category employees (VO, SVO, AD, DD) will get /are entitled to get timed progression under DACP scheme and that the VOs (demerged) quoted in service rules 2014, will get DACP/4-9-14.
