Respected Doctors
There are very important issues which need our immediate attention including:
- amendments in new promotion rules including; addition of 4-9-14, NPA in rules, decreasing no. of years as VO for promotion (at par with PCMS), Conveyance allowance, including NPA in basic pay for calculation of all allowances (as in PCMS), PG increments etc.
I strongly appeal all my colleagues to be at DDAH office at 3:30 PM on 5th January (Monday) to make a strong presentation in favour of our genuine demands. A memorendum will be given to Minister AH through DDAH on 5th. The VOs already working will also join us there. We all have to show our sincerity towards our profession as well as towards the union.
