Today a delegation led by Dr. Ashok Sharma, Dr TP Saini, Dr NS Khinda, Dr Sukhdev Singh and Dr Santokh Singh had a meeting with Director AH.
Following were the points of discussion.

1. Regarding ambulatory duties, resentment of VOs was conveyed to him that the new order of monthly duties at ambulance alongwith CVH charge will result in a messy situation. Dir saab assured to find a solution acceptable to all VOs in the meeting with DDAHs scheduled next week.

2. It was further clarified by Dir AH that diesel expenditure of mobile van will be incurred by the DDAH office.

3. Record shifting of merged VOs: Dir AH sent a DO letter to Dir RD regarding this issue.

4. Pending increments: It was brought to Dir's notice that some VOs have not been granted even one yearly increment. Dir saab assured to give instructions to DDAHs regarding giving two pre-probation increments to all VOs. The third increment and onward will be given after probation clearance for which the cases were asked for.

5. Arrears: Dir AH made clear that incremental arrears will be given in coming time and CPF arrears will be given as per rules of PRAN.

6. Demand for return of plug out and damaged semen straws was made alongwith reducing the rate of straw from Rs.50, in reply to which Dir saab agreed to write it to the competent authority.
