Full Panel Meeting called by Min' AH, including FC AH, Dir AH, CS AH with PSVOA Concluded yesterday.

Yesterday, Hon'ble AH Minister called a panel meeting in which Addln. Chief Secretary (FCAH), Director AH and PSVOA delegation led by Dr Ashok Sharma along with Dr NS Khinda and others participated. Minister Saab gave prompt instructions so that demands of PSVOA can be met.
Following were the mainly discussed points:

1. Probation clearance, DACP and Pending CPF of newly merged VOs: Minister saab gave instructions to clear probation as soon as possible. A letter will be sent to RD asking for criteria followed for probation clearance of RMOs, DACP and pending CPF and according to the same this case will be followed. Later in response, Director AH appointed Dr Nitin Gautam to follow all cases related to merged VOs so as to hasten the process.

2. Amendments in New Service Rules: Desired amendments regarding promotion policy in new service rules as demanded by PSVOA were agreed upon by the Minister Saab. A file with desired amendments has been sent to the Govt. for further necessary action.

3. PG Demands: PSVOA strongly demanded that as per the parity given by various courts and supreme court with medicos, PG increments on health deptt basis should be given to all PG VOs. Secondly, the qualification for specialist posts should be M.V.Sc. and also promotion channel from specialist to DDAH should be there. Minister Saab assured to discuss the matter with ACS.

4. Semen straws: PSVOA demanded that there should be atleast 3% breakage (as recommended by departmental committee).
Dr Sharma informed that first dept has forcefully collected money for plug out/broken straws and now cases for temporary embezzlement are going to be initiated against those VOs who deposited such money. So it was demanded that no temporary embezzlement case should be initiated on those VOs. Minister saab agreed upon these demands and directed officials to prepare file for the same.

5. HRA Calculation: With reference to the parity with medicos it was strongly demanded to amend the formula to include NPA for the calculation of HRA.

6. Conveyance allowance: With reference to parity with medicos and keeping in view the field job of VOs, Conveyance allowance was demanded by the association.

Due follow up of above will be done.
