Hon' Cabinet minister S. Balbir Singh Sidhu ji in a special camp at Veterinary Polyclinic announced recruitment of about 140 Doctors and 104 VIs to compensate the shortage of staff in the Animal Husbandry Dept. Hon' minister sahb also announced 'Mobile Vety. clinics' for each cluster of 6-8 villages to provide better animal health care to farmers. Hon' minister sahb also announced that an Act soon coming into force to check adulteration in feed and mineral mixture, and that the bill has already been passed in the assembly.
