PSVOA has decided to stop compulsory registration of Al on INAPH portal and conduct of BMLCs

Taking stock of the prevailing circumstances,PSVOA has decided to stop compulsory registration of Al on INAPH portal and conduct of BLMCs

 

State has formulated Bovine breeding Act but you know well that the rules which govern this act have not been framed. In absence of defied rules, it is impossible for government to act against unauthorised workers or Quacks and prevent the use of unauthorised straws. Only after framing the rules work of A workers can be monitored and registration of Al on INAPH portal can be done.

 

 

further,there is extreme shortage of staff in the field and most of veterinary officers are holding more than one charge hence it is not possible to register all the AI on INAPH portal. Hence given the above scenario, farmers will be pushed/compelled to non INAPH Al in the hands of quacks.This will automatically hamper the departmental AI thus affecting our Bull stations and AI goals. As long as the above problems are not addressed, it not possible for us to start the registration of INAPH portal

 

 

However Keeping in view the interests of farmers, we will be doing tagging for free Al (NAIP.2 which is likely to start on August 1 2020).and the work on projects such as PT project will also be continued by us

 

 

The suspension of registration of Al on INAPH portal and BLMCs has been implemented by PSVOA wef. 14/07/2020
