joining letter

As the joining letter is provided by our respected union , which is to be used while joining. But should it not mention date of our previous joining also, as mentioned in our appointment letters. This date is even mentioned in our appointment letteres provided by zila parishads.in my humble opinion we should mention our date of contract signing and write that now on 2nd may we r joining as regular employs at same station.

I respect n welcome your suggestion but the letter clearly mentions that we'll not be getting any kind of benefit of our previous job. So it'll be of no good use to even write that.
