Amendment in PCS act will not be done in Cabinet Meeting

 

 

The letter for rectification of PCS act has reached the RD today. (special thanks to Dr. Jiwan Gupta for thorough follow up)

The Act for amendment needs only formal approval from Minister and CM, and there's no need for Cabinet approval (as advocated by minister)

If there are any delays or so in the process, we request all the doctors to be ready for agitation.
