yeah doc I read it in npaper but I m not sure about the beneficiaries , does it apply on rvos as well ?

no it does not apply to rvo as it is kind of allowance and in induction u dont get any kind of allowance REMEMBER

yeah so I must say that there is no need for congratulations as this site is PRVOA or am I wrong ?

I make it clear that I m not criticizing the administrator its just my personal thinking

As soon as we're exempted from PCS act this'll also soon apply to us. As after exemption from PCS act we'll be receiving all sorts of allowances. So congrats once again.

Moreover its from 1st july and we'll be beneficiary by then. Although it'll take about 15-20 days over 1st july but we'll have it.
