    VOs confirmed complete boycott of national championship coming up in January. They did contacted RVOs (President RVOA Punjab and also Muktsar), to participate with them in boycott and rally to be held on 25th dec. But learning a lesson from the past , we denied to be with them and rather to protest individually as we know that sooner or later they'll cave in and will participate in the championship, ending the boycott.       Newspaper copy Jag Bani 26 Dec. 2013 Muktsar edition, page 1

    State body meeting held today at Ludhiana and various matters were discussed including future plan of action. AI boycott stands as such till RD comes up with arrangements. RD has asked RVOA to come up with a policy that can be approved and finalized by RD. A committee consisting of Dr. Parampal Brar, Dr. Vipin Brar, Dr. Nitin Gautam, Dr, Mukesh Gupta and Dr. Naresh Mangla has been established to come up with the same.
