    Dept. denies Full Pay Leave for PG

    Dept. denies Full pay leave for PG to RMOs as they tried to pursue to get the same as MOs get. Dept. says that all RMOs are working in PHCs(Primary Health Centers) and there's no need of specialists in PHCs & hence no need of PG provisioning.   Following this, a file has been again put up for re-consideration and re-assessment of the same.   Experts on matters says if they get this provisioned then we (RVOs) on same grounds can be provisioned as well even if VOs dont have it.

    Exact Salary now is 51416 (as received by Amritsar Distt.) and same as calculated by our salary calculator

    Exact Salary now is 51416 (as received by Amritsar Distt.) and same as calculated by our salary calculator. If any distt. has a variation from above said figure, report to your ADC and if this doesn't seem helpful, contact your DC and call the President of PRVOA - Dr. N.S. Khinda.   Salary statement from Distt.     regarding transfer policy of RVO

    Hey doc.. I want to share one event that recently occured in our dist. One RVO X got transfered from station A to station B ( vacant station)and joined on 10th jouly 2012. Just after one month another influential( you know....) RVO Y got transfer orders from his station C to station B . Also ZP issued orders of RVO X from station B to station C . Now RVO X is accusing ZP of foul play . So what does transfer rule of RVO says .can sb be transfered from his station without his consent and replaced

    RVO delegation met Dir. RD today at Chd.

    Today a RVOA delegation met Dir. RD at Chd. about the pending demands of RVOs like CPF, RFA, Additional charges, NOC etc. Dir. gave strict instructions to staff (dealing with these demands) to take necessary action as soon as possible and told the delegation to report if matter will not be taken up by staff seriously.   - Dr. N.S.     Regarding sepeate directorate

    Doc we recently heard about that ETT teachers in ZP are going to shift to education department with schools. If that is going to happen ( we assume it happens) then what could be our move should we try to do same ( going to parent department )or press for seprate directorate here in RD.also i want to ask if seprate directorate is made do we still have to see AH officials for certain things like AI and vaccine. ..Which is better option ????. Also if directorate is made . What would be benefits .
