Doc i just heard abt civil writ petetion by PCMS cadre against regularization of RMO in zp. They challanged there regularization in court on various grounds. Do u know what are those grounds. Does it affect regularization of rvo as well. Kindly enlight abt whole issue

i want to ask whether matters like RFA and annual increment are dist. level or state level.As in some dist. RVO are receiving RFA and annual increment while others districs are not getting it. does it depend on respective zp ????... also in case of RFA i want to ask whether we will get arrear of last months or it would begin fresh....

Well said vipin....for instance today our meeting was convened with ADC(D) in sangrur dist..he said one thing very clear that "you are well educated officers so you should behave like one..u will get everything with time"..instead of crying before clerks we should opt right written formalities..

What abt cpf doc...why it has not started yet..is there any other reason for its delay other then probabation....

Veterinary Officers: 1. Diagnose, prescribe and treat the indoor and outdoor cases in the veterinary hospital. 2. Ante and postmortem examination of livestock . 3. Control of contagious diseases amongst livestock . 4. Castration of male livestock. 5. Inspection of gaushalas. 6. Publicity, propaganda and extension work relating to livestock breeding, feeding and management practices. 7. Artificial insemination in cattle and buffaloes. 8. Implementation of the beneficiaries oriented and other schemes of the department. 9. Recording of outdoor and AI cases and overall control of stock and stores. 10. To ensure maintenance of Hospital record and submission of reports. 11. Regular/periodic visit and supervision of the dispensaries under his control for giving advice and attending to cases of serious nature in their jurisdiction. 12. Management of livestock farms. 13. Management of Frozen Semen Banks/Artificial Insemination Centres. 14. Issuing of Health Certification and P.M. Certifications. 15. Issuing of Export permits. 16. Dealing in Vetro- legal cases. 17. Any other duties assigned by the competent authorities. Veterinary Inspector: 1. To keep the Hospitals equipment neat and clean. 2. Compounding and dispensing of medicines. 3. Dressing wounds and bandaging. 4. To handle animals and administer medicines. 5. Treatment of minor and simple ailments in animals. 6. Rendering assistance to the Veterinary Officers, Incharge of the hospitals/dispensaries in performing major operations. 7. To help Veterinary Officers in maintaining the record of the hospitals. 8. To perform Artificial Insemination in the buffaloes/cows. 9. To follow up A.I. cases. 10. To vaccinate the animals of the area to prevent the spread of any outbreak/disease. 11. To register the cattle of the area. 12. To maintain the official records of the dispensaries/ A.I. centres including medicines etc. 13. To assist the Veterinary Officers in various development activities/schemes.

First of all i congratulate every rvo and PRVOA for celebrating such grand gala event on world veterinary day ..also i want to ask if any demands were put to minister RD ..if yes what are our pending demands..and were any insurance was given by minister RD...

What is our probabation period

3 % of 21000 or 3 % of 5400 or 3 % of 15600 ??????

Well doc we are going to complete one year of regular service on 1 may 2012 ..i want to ask will we get annual increment this year..if yes ..how much..and when our probabation period is going to complete...

In sangrur distric we did not receive it yet...thats why i asked..

I want to ask by which channel 1260 rs would be given to rvo for water and electricity..weather they would be paid directly to rvo in his salary a/c or by other mean ..if by other then explain..also do we have to deposit bills for above to ZP to get reimbursement..

We applied for PRAN 2 months ago..still no progress in matter..we did all formalities complete..but still did not get PRAN ..sb was telling that untill probabation period is not completed no cpf is deducted.. Is it true.. Also rumor is that Newly appointed VO in AH dept. Has to take a written test to get annual increment ..is it true.. If yes do we rvo also have to take that test.. Or it is for vo only..kindly clear above doubts dr kamal sangrur dist.

I think vipin is right..but one thing is damn sure that pursuading govt to change salary head is quite difficult.. this can be judged from this thing that although we RVO/RMO r not struggling but ett teachers have been protesting from very begining to change salary head even they did not acheived this goal.......

Can you upload the copy of agreement b/w staff and ZP .. Did staff still work under supervision of RVO is job of staff transferable..if yes then is doctor's consent must what about powers in hand of docs regarding disciplinary powers if staff not friendly

So what decisions were taken in 4th december meeting..

After precise observation of service rules ..now in my opinion i think everything seems to be ok except that dist. Level cadre thing..but i think that ZP is dist. Level institution thats why its dist cadre and not state cadre ..but also we don`t have promotional channel .. So lets hope for best...
