    I WANT TO GIVE SUGGEST THE FOLLOWING SUGGESTIONS:- 1. THAT PERIOD WHICH WE HAVE SPENT IN ZILA PARISHAD ON CONTRACT SHOULD BE COUNTED IN THE PROBATION PERIOD CALCULATION. 2. OTHER SUGGESTION IS THAT THOSE RVOS WHICH HAD SERVED ZILA PARISHAD AS RVO AT ANY TIME PERIOD FROM 2006 TO 2011 AND HAS LEFT /RESIGNED IF THEY AGAIN JOIN ZILA PARISHAD IN FUTURE ,THEIR SERVICE IN ZILA PARISHAD DURING THAT PERIOD SHOLUD ALSO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT FOR CALCULATION OF THEIR PROBATION PERIOD.
