All RVOs merged to AH dept. are required to fill the Shifting Form and submit the same to treasury via DDAH.

This is essential/necessary for updation of new DDO codes and TAN of AH dept and henceforward for salaries from AH.

 

We'd also like to clear out that if & when the DDO and TAN linked with the PRAN account is changed (from ZP to AH), the previous dept (ZP), will still be able to credit the pending/due CPF into our shifted accounts. So it won't be an issue.
 

Documents required alongwith the same :
1. Appointment letter

2. D.O.B. certificate

3. Address Proof

4. PAN and PRAN card copy
