    Today a delegation led by Dr. Khinda met Director AH Dr. HS Sandha regarding the establishment issues being faced by newly merged VOs and a memmo was given stating need for service record shifting, probation clearance, infrastructure and old deduction of CPF from May 2011 to Sept 2014.     Respected Doctors There are very important issues which need our immediate attention including: - amendments in new promotion rules including; addition of 4-9-14, NPA in rules, decreasing no. of years as VO for promotion (at par with PCMS), Conveyance allowance, including NPA in basic pay for calculation of all allowances (as in PCMS), PG increments etc. I strongly appeal all my colleagues to be at DDAH office at 3:30 PM on 5th January (Monday) to make a strong presentation in favour of our genu

    The RDDL Training of batch scheduled from 6-8 Jan has been post-poned due to clash of dates with national livestock championship. This will now be scheduled at last, (new date not decided as of yet). All concerned please note.

    Hon' Dir AH issued letter to clear Probation and to fix salary including annual increments

    Hon' Dir Animal Husbandry issued letter to all DDAH's to review probation clearance cases of ®VOs and fix salary including annual increments from existing salary budget allotment and ask for additional fund allotment (if required)., and send cases to Head office of the same. Apart from that Hon' Dir AH also directed to provide refrigeration facility, infrastructure, and repair of buildings of newly shifted CVHs.   Copy of letter attached
