    Hon' Dir AH issued letter to release salary for R(VO)s as soon as possible

    In response to the memorandum given by Dr. Khinda to FC and Dir AH regarding salaries, Dir AH has written letters to all deputy directors to release salaries of new VOs as soon as possible from already allocated budget for old VOs.     Copy of letter attached

    Today a delegation lead by Dr Nitin Gautam met FC AH and Director AH at Chandigarh and given a memorandum regarding  Delay in salaries, Probation clearance, Annual Increments, CPF/PRAN, Disparity in salaries, Transfer of service records and other issues related to newly merged VOs from ZPs. Delegation also conveyed Dir.AH  that if issues are not resolved soon then Association will choose the way of agitations. Dr Puneet Malhotra General Secretary

    Regarding a query on DACP (Dynamic Assured Career Progression) at years 4-9-14, dept. Animal Husbandry has made clear in letter to Dir. AH and all DDAHs that as per provisions of GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB,  DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE. (FINANCE PERSONNEL BRANCH – I ) vide letter 7/84/98-5PP.1/4426 dated 17/4/2000,  letter no. 7/60/2006-5PP.1/876 dated 20.12.2011 and letter No 7/14/2011-1 PP.1/117 dated 6/2/2014, the said category employees (VO, SVO, AD, DD) will get /are entitled to get timed progression u

    Veterinary Officers gave 15 days ultimatum to Govt to rectify the Promotion Rules to make them at par with PCMS by including DACP (4-9-14), promotion eligibility criteria and NPA calculation.
