For Annual increment to be applicable, probation of the employee should be clear (with appropriate clearance certificate and the same registered on service book.)
[Those few distts that already got are just plain lucky].
For probation clearance the employee should fulfill following :
1. Probation Term (2 years currently)
2. NOC ( during probation from employer,, not actual NOC cert but the record should be clean with no objection from employer or less work done mentioned in ACR)
3. Dept. Exam. ( conducted by personal dept. )
NOTE : Dept exam is not responsibility of dept to give but employee's sole responsibility to take,, just like 10th n 10+2 exam,, its not education board's responsibility to ask/tell each student personally by sending letters at home but its students responsibility to appear and pass as per dates notified and students themself needs to send form for registration.
As we were new to the newly made setup, we missed. BUT we've now convinced Personal dept. for the same and all preparations had been done, (doctors lists sent, syllabus acknowledged, requested for exam). We'll soon be getting dates for the same. and even preparations are going on for training before exam.
