RVOA Punjab's state meeting held today at Ludhiana today and with unanimous view of each distt., it is decided that the Boycott with AH will now be even stronger with following : 1. NO reports whatsoever to Animal Husbandry will be sent. 2. NO purchee fees willl be deposited to Animal Husbandry including AI. All fees will be deposited to ZP and in case ZP refuses (if it happens in some distt.s or just in case) the NO fees will be deposited at all. 3. NO HS vaccine fees will be deposited to AH. Its not actually vaccine fees (Rs 2/animal) but its 'Service Charges' and being employee of RD/ZP, it'll be deposited to RD/ZP treasury and no part of it shall go directly or indirectly to AH. 4. NO work of AH will be done and NO duty shall be fulfilled on directions directly from AH or even if it comes indirectly via ZP., this includes AH camps, duty for seed distribution etc., meetings called by AH, insurance cases, purchase of calves, serum sampling, etc. A memo to Dir. RD and minister will be sent mentioning all above and asking for separate directorate and separate provisions for AI, vaccine etc. and if Govt./Dept. fails to provide/ meet the demands than there'll be complete boycott of Animal Husbandry Dept. including AI. NO more straws to be procured from them and their AI cylinders will be returned to them on 3rd Oct. 2013
