After meeting with Dir. RD last week, a letter has been dispatched to all ZPs with following instructions. : 1. To maintain service books and report it to Dir. office. 2. Prepare seniority list within 15 days. 3. Ensure that all salaries will be given to doctors before 7th of each month. All. Distt. Presidents are requested to follow it with ZPs to make sure its been implemented.

The main question you should be asking is "is AH doing anything about this ???" as more VOs are affected by this than RVOs. And let those ask this to DDAHs who say they have very great relations with AH and their distt. DDHAs work in organized and co-operative way. This is best way to solve this without getting it messy.

@ 1: Yes thats true. The target for AI worker has been fixed at 500 cow & 500 buff /year. 2: They're to report to SVO/VO/RVO under which their area comes. and the same is supposed to get relaxation but he/she won't be as per info by Secy. AH (as told/narrated by DDAH Mks).

PSVC is organising WVD at lubana bhawav, Sector 30A at 9 am tomorrow (29/04/2013). RVOs to attend the same. Letters regarding the same has been already sent to all ZPs.

With the continuous effort of PRVOA, 1. Salary Budget has been released from FD and now file is with Ag dept. to sanction the DDO powers which will soon make the way to the release of salary. 2. Proposal file to appoint the reporting, reviewing and accepting authority for our ACR has been sent to Min. for final approval. 3. Dir. RD assured that feedback reports of RVOs about last two years performance will be collected by ZP soon for the purpose of probation clearance.

Yes there is, provided that his/her college/Univ. must be affiliated to VCI and he/she will have to have passed an exam for Punjabi literature. (In case 10th without Punjabi subject) Earlier they gave 6 month period to clear the said exam but now it has to be cleared before applying. For example, in our batch, students from other states (other than Punjab), also got jobs and were given 6 months to pass the Punjabi exam. but the same will have to be passed before applying now. Rest assured that if there are any changes in terms and conditions at any moment, the same will be notified in leading newspapers along with the job advertisement. BUT its must that he/she will have to have Punjab Domicile either by virtue of birth, descent, marriage or duration.

@ Second Increment : did you get first ??? ( as many Distt.s didn't even get that for 1st year as well). And yes all will be eligible for second increment on completion of second year after probation. @ case scenerio regarding probation period : will continue until clearance of departmental exam. @ future objectives of PRVOA : already discussed in meeting of 31st march. Do revert back if we missed something.

Memorandums have been sent to Chief Minister through ADC/CEO ZPs from almost all over Punjab. The demands included mainly the Various Allowances/Increments that some distt.s are lagging behind, Infrastructure, CPF and Advertising and recruiting the Vets against vacant posts.
