Procedure to apply for DACP. (Esp the distts facing problems) After being asked by some distts and many VOs individually, we decided to write down the procedure and troubleshooting steps. A.) Requirements : 1. Service book with entry of probation and dept exam done. 2. Copy of dept exam result. - first page and page with your name in list) 3.) MGSIPA training certificate copy 4.) a letter addressed to DDAH by you stating your qualification for DACP and requesting the same. [NOTE: This step (4) is essential in distts where the DDAH isn't taking suo-moto action. So you simply apply for it with proper despatch number. this letter should be individual and personal] B:) Aftermath 1. After your case is cleared, your service books will be returned to DDAH by FC office via DAH office. 2. Upon receiving the service books, DDAH will fix your pay by an entry in your service book and a letter will be sent to distt treasury for the same. Thats all. Congrats. C:) DACP benefits : 1. an increment on existing pay as on date of DACP clearance. 2. Grade pay upgraded from 5400 to 6600 3. Pay protection as per minimum pay band corresponding to 6600 grade pay in tab - 25250. (though if applied correctly in our case, we surpass this by having 25550 already) We're happy to assist any distt that might need assistance. Please call us for same instead of commenting here. Before calling us, make sure you've forwarded your cases because we've encountered similar cases of few distts in case of probation clearance where distts haven't forwarded their cases n yet were asking that when they'll be cleared. Please refer to your distt president for same and make him call us instead.

From attendance verification by sarpanchs, to rvos, from contract to fixed pay n then regularization n then repeal of "rationalization of services act, 2011", from appointment of nodal officers to merger, from people saying "impossible" to people saying "benefit 2006 to hi lawange",, this vast jorney was not only difficult and impossible but was also a continuous series of great efforts and little achievements, one at a time leading to today. - VO (PAHS -A). With a braveheart decision of merger which though came at a big initial cost, dr Navdeep Singh Khinda has proved the worth of their decision especially when RMOs are denied dacp benefits n there being no promotion channel whatsoever, etc. We (all RVOs) had proved not only our strength from time to time but also the unity and faith in our leadership despite different opinions esp at time of merger. Dr khinda has not only has been our role model at zp times but has proven a brave warrior who's nt afraid to even strike out against the administration personally. It was our strength and unity and most importantly the belief in one association that we're here today. With special thanks to JAC, our most probation cases and dacp cases have been cleared and pending are being cleared at regular pace. We're happy to announce that the clearance of probation cases whose pace was slowed down has now being carried out a great pace again. About 25 probation cases have been cleared this week and rest will be cleared at the earliest.) We thank all RVOs for their continuous and never ending support and belief in us. Our journey that once started long ago from being class 3 and NO university in Punjab. BUT with efforts & hard work of all our senior doctors/elite vets, today made us proud class A VOs with NPA and parity with medicos. we and all the upcoming generations of vets will always be thankful and grateful to our senior doctors for their dedication towards cadre as its just coz of their untiring efforts that today we're what we are. BUT this doesn't stop here, its always a continuous and never ending process, what we'll do now, we'll be an example and inspiration to coming generation as well and will define the fate of dept in coming times. Every step we take either good or bad, every stand we take, every war we fight, it'll be part of history and our contribution will judged for whether our names will be written in golden letters or on black pages. The year 2016 will forever be remembered as the year when all vets/doctors joined hands for common cause despite govt's repeated attempts to keep us divided. As noted in words of Paul Bryant – “If you believe in yourself and have dedication and pride - and never quit, you'll be a winner. The price of victory may be high but so are the rewards. “ Lets pledge this year eve that we’ll stay united to remain undefeated. A very very Happy New Year to all of you and your families.

The pace of probation clearance that was slowed down has now being carried out a great pace again. About 25 probation cases have been cleared this week and rest will be cleared at the earliest. About 80 DACP cases have been cleared and rest are being cleared at regular pace.

We on behalf of Joint Action Committee (JAC) thank all the vets that participated with all their strength and aggressiveness and made the protest highly successful. We hope for even bigger and aggressive protest the next time (if required). We also thank distt Amritsar and Sri Muktsar Sahib for their pioneer efforts of boycotting melas that set path and example for rest of distts. We will intensify our protest and will take bigger actions if govt fails to meet our genuine demands. The dept doesn't run us, we run the dept. Lets intensify our move and show true veterinary OFFICER character. We've till date complied with all of depts targets etc. and in meantime didn't get time to show our administrative powers.
