  3. Annual increments shall be given on the 1st of July every year. Employees completing 6 months and above in the scale as July 1 will be eligible for increment. The amount of increment will be 3% of of total pay in the pay band plus Grade Pay. This amount will be added to the current pay to get the new Pay of the employee. This is central ruling.   4. Be patient Doc., We in Distt. Muktsar have already received salary. (In our bank accounts),, So we request everyone not to listen to rumors saying, "vikas bhawan da computer kharaab hai" or so. And we (as usual) gave nothing, not a single penny and never visited ZP to ask them for the same. Let them do their job while we focus on make ours better.

Annual Increment Calculation Being a government employee, everybody knows that the annual increment will be granted on 1st July of every year after completing the qualifying service of 6 months in a year. But while calculating the increment one should know that how it is rounded off when the amount of increment ends up with fraction. It is very simple, but everyone should know about the procedure of calculation. Here it is explained with a hypothetical illustrations… One increment is equal to 3% (three per cent) of the sum of the Band Pay and the Grade pay and it should be computed and rounded off to the next multiple of ten. As per the Rule No.13 of CCS(Revised Pay) Rules 2008, “In the case of calculation of increments under the revised pay structure, paise should be ignored, but any amount of a rupee or more should be rounded off to next multiple of 10. To illustrate, if the amount of increment comes to Rs.1900.70 paise, then the amount will be rounded off to Rs.1900; if the amount of increment works out to be Rs.1901, then it will be rounded off to Rs.1910.” The amount of increment to be added to the existing Band pay. For example : an employee’s Band Pay is Rs.10,230 and his Grade pay Rs.2800, His basic pay = 10,230 + 2,800 = 13,030 His increment will be calculated as follows… 13,030 x 3% = 390.90 Here paise should be ignored and the amount will be rounded off to Rs.390. Whereas, in another case, if the employee’s Band Pay is Rs.10240 and his grade pay Rs.2800, his basic pay = 10,240 + 2,800 = 13,040 His increment will be calculated as follows… 13,040 x 3% = 391.20 Then it will be rounded off to Rs.400. Take a note of it and check your amount of increments whether it has been worked out accordingly

  12. We can write about their work not being satisfactory, or if he's being absent oftenly. But the decision and discretion of doing so lies with ADC(D)/CEO ZP.
  13. Yes sir, Both. 1.) Letter notifying individual ZP that probation for regularized RVOs is over. (Its worth mentioning here that Probation of directly recruited RVOs is 2yrs and 1yr for those who got regularized from contract) 2.) Letter regarding Pay parity.
  14. These decisions are no longer our discretion. They are now ZPs headache, we'll continue routine until unless asked by ZP in written to do anything.
  15. Just wait,, its your money n you will get it sooner or later w.e.f same date as others. And for the 'Dignity' of the RVOs, stop begging your salary. You will get it and so does all of RVOs. You went to ZP, so did ADC handed your salary by hand to you ?? or did he said that he'll give only to those who come to ZP ?? And regarding the same the association is meeting the Dir. RD to issue the letter regarding the same.

Our salary draft sent to bank by ZP, so probably today evening or tomrw we'll get the salary in our accounts. n its already been mentioned that salary budget has been re;eased to distt. treasuries by vikas bhawan,, So be patient and everything is fine. And we've not given a single Rupee to anyone in ZP or So. Even our service books have been started by ZP. and for that also we gave nothing. So, be patient, and if u dont get salary in time, please complain Dir. RD or MInister RD instead of going to ZP. The accountant/clerk in ZP is not roaming around with your salary in his pocket and won't give you by hand if you even do visit ZP.

The animal with tryps drinks water n feels thirsty,, while rabied animal looses sense of thirst and further can't drink due to muscle paralysis. just confirm whether animal is drinking or not,, or just offer water or anything. Secondly,, the animal with tryps is not usually furious, showing him a stick or so, he doesn't bite/attack on it.

The Word "Probation" just means "Observation Period" and nothing else, There r no changes in your exercising powers, duties and neither the financial changes as you're n you will get everything incl/ all increments etc. So why bother if there's a probation or not. And its clearly mentioned in our service rules Page No. 551-552, Point 7. That Probation is 2 years for directly appointed candidates, like ones that are appointed last year in Nov. or so and 1 year for others. (like us all rest that are regularized from contract) Copy of the screenshot attached below. (for details, read service rules, its posted/uploaded in downloads section) And regarding Vikas Bhawan , we even contacted Dir. RD and he wasn't able to give any answer at all regarding the same. so these officials don't care about that at all, n i guess so shouldn't you. With all explained above, Why are you/we making such a fuss about 'Probation' as its just a word n has no impact financially or otherwise if duty is done sincerely.
  23. BDPO strictly CAN NOT check RVOs or RMOs unless he has a signed authority letter by ADC(D)/CEO ZP mentioning him to do so. If someone allows him to check his CVH/CH, its his fault. Legally/technically he can't do. He was able to do when we were in contract but not now.

  25. And to mention, This 3% salary increment is not applicable to all those who joined last year in nov. or so. and will be applicable when you've completed 1 year of un-interrupted service.
