As we know that as from 1st May there'll be 3% annual increment (on basic) applicable. so new basic becomes 21630 (21000+630 (3% of 21000)) And hence all the rest of allowances that are calculated on basis of this will also change as follows. + 25% NPA = 5,407.5 [its added to Basic like grade pay but *conditions apply(only DA is calculated on basis of this added to basic. all other allowances are calculated on actual Basic pay)] + 58% DA = 15,681.75 (calculated as 58 % of Actual basic pay + NPA) [ Please nothe that the new DA has not yet been announced in Punjab and whenever its announced, it'll be applicable from 1st Jan 2012 and we'll get arrears of the same but till then the old 58% is in effect] + 10% HRA = 2163 + 6% RAA = 1297.8 + Rs 500 (Med.A) + Rs 500 (Mobile Allowance) + 5% RFA = 1081.5 [ ZP yet not started giving this] So total being 48261 (Incl. RFA) Apart from above we will get Rs. 1260/CVH for electricity, water and maintainance. Its also worth mentioning here that RMOs get all allowances calculated on Basic + NPA (as MOs get that way) and they get Rs 1000/CH for electricity, water n maintenance + Rs 1800/m as conveyance allowance. Thats because of the salary head. And this will remain as such till the salary head is changed. We're currently getting our salary from 'Grant in aid' planned budget, for regular salaries it has to be 'un-planned' budget. Changing salary head is very very difficult but possible. If we succeed to get our directorate then these things will become easy to tackle.

Salary Budget from April to June 2012 has been sent to all ZPs. Online upgradation will be done within 2 days by Vikas Bhawan. And Please doctors DO NOT goto ZP to confirm from clerks/accountant. They know their job and will do the same even without your going there. We're all Class-A Gazetted officers and lets be it for the sake of dignity of our job. We do periodically post latest Salary structures that we'd be receiving, so let salary come in your accounts and if there are any controversies, Again DO NOT goto ZP, just write/file a complaint against the Clerk/Accountant and we assure your distt. won't face any problem thereafter. And the clerks will stop delaying your salaries as they'd know that noone's gonna come to them or pay them to do their job. Its time to put an end to this nasty trend. Thank you.

ZP negligence and Association's laziness.

They just want money. But like our distt. don't give them a penny, its their duty to do so. If you get your next salary without the increment, just write a letter to Dir RD alongwith the RTI copy asking why there was negligence. The accountant/clerk may get suspended for such negligences and he knows it well too. You don't need to give him any proof or any other document,, its his job to do so. For God's sake and dignity of all RVOs, i request you doc to please do your job n not talk to such as*holes, I don't quite understand why Class - A Gazetted officer keep begging a clerk for salary. Let him do whatever he wants and if increment is not added to your next salary, just lodge a complaint against him for negligence. You won't be having any problems in future after that.

Dept. (any dept.) never sends any such letters to satisfy cosmetic needs (until unless asked to do so by court, RTI, etc. or if any controversy arises). Depts. just follow global rules of the State Govt./Center Govt.

r u not getting the salary ??? how else thee state can prove that u r ...!! u were regular class-A Gazetted w.e.f 1-may 2011 with all powers n responsibilities. , Word 'Probation' doesn't change any of that.
