  7. Rs 1260/CVH and Rs1000/CH will be given along with salary. There'll be no reimbursement of electricity bills by dept. as instead they're giving Rs 1260/CVH (not per RVO). Didn't you already received with the salary recently received. ?? Everybody did received it !!
  8. Yes doc. it was discontinued w.e.f dec. 2011 except for existing customers/beneficiaries. But the point is, that arrears will not be paid by ZP in cash/bank transfer/cheque but instead it'll be in form of CPF and if there's no CPF account then any national saving scheme.
  9. There's no separate notification for us,, these are global rules for all regular employees. All arrears are added to GPF , (CPF after 2005), and if CPF or GPF is not applicable then any national saving scheme with no tax rebate benefit. (Although its on our employer's discretion that whether it has to be KVP or any other from the specified list.)

  11. As some of our fellow Vets were not aware of this, so we're posting info regarding Arrears. All arrears will not be made in cash/bank transfer alongwith salary like earlier times,, Now all arrears will be added to CPF accounts and if CPF account has not been opened yet then they'll be given in form of KVP (Kisan Vikas Patra) ,, ,, All sum invested in KVP doubles in 8 years & 7 months. No tax benefit. All pending and upcoming arrears whenever applicable will be processed as above.
  12. There's No departmental test for RVOs. Strictly NO departmental test. and if at all they plan in future then there'll be compulsory training before that ! and everyone will be personally notified. So don't worry.

  22. our current salary comes from 'planned budget' which needs budget approval each time and there's no provisions for automatic calculation of salaries considering all coming increments or various allowances that may be added in future like it happens in all Dept.s of Punjab, even ZP employees (not RVO,RMO or their staff, or teachers under ZP/RD).. If the salary head is changed to "un-planned" then they don't have to make a fuss each time and all increments etc. will be calculated at RD state level, ZP wil simply send attendances, and above all there'll always be funds for our salaries. What association is doing about this : Probably Nothing. Reason : noone is willing to give funds and the leaders are tired of spending from their own pocket. And secondly all (all RVOs+RMOs) have gone lazy. Noone's taking any initiative towards our remaining demands/works.
  23. Its great to see that atleast someone is concerned else we started to get a feeling that we're all asleep again. Anyway,, this time like always the bigger fault is of ZP, the RD asked all ZPs to submit 1 year budget in Nov. but ZPs have failed to do so. The reports were completed in 3rdweek of Jan. and then RD forwarded to FD for the release of funds. As some officials aren't available at the moment to process it further and so its taking the time. If all goes at time then ETA: 15 days. This problem will persist as long as we'll be getting our salaries from 'planned budget'
