According to these, 1. The cadre is distt. level cadre. 2. Selection of new RVOs will be done at ZP level and Chairman (ZP) is head of selection committee. 3. If anybody gets transferred inter-distt. he/she will loose his/her seniority. 4. Minor punishments (incl. stopping of increments etc.) can be done by ADC and Rest Dir, RD. 5. 2 years probation period 6. Salary, holidays and everything else is exactly similar to VO (AH).
