Just type-in a resignation letter n send to Dir. RD,, If you're not interested in NOC or u r leaving country ,, don't worry about rest. But in case u do need NOC,, then u need to give 3 months advance notice. Rest we'll get it re-confirmed.

The Glorious year for all Doctors of Punjab 2011 is about to end, We'd like to pay a special tribute to this special year by lighting up an extra candle, 'is bar ek diya aur jalayenge'.. Not only we got regularized, we got parity with AH/Health Dept. Its Not only about salary/money its about ethics, respect and honor that we're entitled to and thanks to our agitation and special thanks to those who took initiative and stepped forward to lead us to victory and to those who stood by us whenever we needed them the most.. Although its just a beginning and there's a hell lot that we'd have to come across and yet a hell lot to achieve. The fight will never end,, as long as any of our brother/sister/fellow doctor needs us, the fight is still 'ON' and we're there to protect our family. It just wasn't upto regularization, it'll go on forever to ensure smiles on faces of doctors everywhere. With this Unforgettable Big year is coming to an end, marks the beginning of an 'Era', an era of 'Rural Doctors'. Cheers to all we've achieved so far and be ready for whats about to come. May this Christmas and all the coming ones gives us a new reason to celebrate, a new happiness to share. Merry Christmas and a very very Happy New Year to all my fellow Doctors. May the new year be even more brighter than this one.

I don't have the copy,, although i read it,, i didn't realize that anybody could want that so i didn't ask for copy. Some of main thigs are as follows: salary 7k & 3K 21 CLs with prior consent from ZP,, only CL available. + maternity for females. Yes its transferrable. (station transfer) from director via Zp. Doctor consent wasn't mentioned.(whether yes or no,, it wasn't mentioned, so presumably NO) If the job or discipline of an employee is unsatisfactory then his her contract can be terminated by ZP with 45 days notice if a complaint from you is received. Yes and BIG YES the staff will work only under full supervision and full control of RVO. valid only till 31.5.2012 purely stop-gap arrangement and not entitled to claim any service benefit.
